Another key component of our multi‑million‑dollar upgrade at the Smithfield site is the construction of a new 64‑space dedicated staff car park. Covering approximately 1,500 square metres, this purpose‑built facility has been carefully designed to improve site functionality, safety, and accessibility for employees.

The works also incorporate a fully integrated onsite detention (OSD) system to manage stormwater runoff, along with engineered retaining walls that address site levels and long‑term stability. Together, these improvements significantly enhance the operational capability of the site, improve compliance with current planning and environmental requirements, and add lasting value to the overall development.
